Just clever solutions – true to this motto, the logistic experts Heinloth Transport GmbH group entered into a commercial agreement with GateHouse Logistics to implement the logistics modules ghUnify and ghView across all its operations. At-a-stoke, the firm’s logistics operations became Industry 4.0. compliant and more effective as a result.
Heinloth is an innovative, mid-sized, owner managed transport group that brings innovation, flexibility and a sustainable business model to the industry to better compete in international markets. As a trans-border European haulier, its main focus is on land transportation of freight transport and contract logistics. It has a fleet of over 600 pulling vehicles and around 400 employees.

The challenge
In order to guarantee to customers the highest possible flexibility of operations throughout Europe and to optimize use of available load space, Heinloth wanted a real time overview of its fleet to better manage its operations in real time, anytime and anywhere. With such transport volumes in its day-to-day business, it needed a solution to consolidate disparate information of individual units in real time into one sensible, consolidated data stream.

The solution
ghTrack offers Heinloth an overview of all integrated units in a single user interface. The various telematics systems of various providers can be easily and promptly integrated through existing interfaces.

Time savings and no check calls
All relevant information is collected ghTrack in a user interface for Heinloth. This eliminates time-consuming telephone calls and correspondence.
